1. Soda Pop: Soda Pop or Carbonated Drinks or even Energy Drinks are very high in Sugar. Drinking one tasty soda is equivalent to 8 teaspoons of sugar or 33 gms per 355 ml. Apart from weight gain, type 2 diabetes or heart problems, it fizzles out youthfulness and causes premature aging. According to reports 8 ounces of daily soda corresponds to 1.9 years of additional aging. So before grabbing the can of Pop just think twice..

2. Excess Coffee: Who doesn't love a fresh cup of morning coffee, Afterall we all need it for the kick to survive. But as we all know Coffee is a diuretic, thus causes dehydration which further leads to inflammation (patchy redness in the skin) and breaks the collagen bonds, hence leads to premature aging.

3.Processed Foods:- Processed foods are generally high in Sugars. High Sugars causes Insulin spikes in the blood which causes breakdown of collagen leading to premature aging and sagging skin. It also increases sebum production and clogging of pores which leads to worsening of acne and rosacea.

5.Excess Dairy:- Dairy promotes IGF1 productions which leads to increase androgen production thus causing increasing sebum production or increased oil production which leads to clogging of pores and can sometimes flare up acne and rosacea.
